Bright Sky is a free to download mobile app, launched by Hestia in partnership with the Vodafone Foundation, providing support and information to anyone who may be in an abusive relationship or those concerned about someone they know. The app is also designed to be used by specialist and non-specialist practitioners and other employers, and for anyone looking for information about issues around domestic abuse such as online safety, stalking and harassment and sexual consent. https://www.hestia.org/brightsky

4. Surviving Economic Abuse have produced some guidance that looks at keeping yourself safe while self- isolating, as well as practical issues including benefits and sick pay. https://survivingeconomicabuse.org/
5. Online support- Support is available from Women’s Aid’s online chat service, open from 10am-12pm Monday-Friday. https://chat.womensaid.org.uk/
6. Chayn provides online tools, information, courses and support for people experiencing abuse, all free to access- https://chayn.co/. Their Soul Medicine courses provide bitesized support, delivered in disguised emails at a time that you choose. They are also launching a secure Telegram channel to provide particular support during this time.
